Spring Fling

The Spring Fling is Warren-Prescott Foundation’s largest fundraiser of the year, raising critical funds for the school. 100% of your contribution goes directly to the school for immediate use on big impact initiatives. In the past, this event has enabled us to outfit the science program with microscopes and new supplies, launch a Spanish program in grades K1 and K2, provide a music program to students in our Autism track, and introduce Playworks that helps students to stay active and build valuable life skills through play at recess.

There are three ways to become involved and help support our school:

1.  Become a "Friend of WP."  For a $100 donation, your family can have a powerful impact on the continued success of our school.  The Friends of WP are some of our school's strongest supporters, whose donations go directly to our classrooms and to enriching our amazing school.  Friends of WP are listed on the event website, social media promotions and on-site signage at the event.  

2.  Encourage your company or organization to become a corporate sponsor.  If you work for a company or organization that might be able to sponsor this event, please take a look at our sponsorship packages or reach out to discuss a custom package!  All sponsors are recognized at the event and in marketing materials, which reach the entire school community, as well as the Charlestown community at-large.  Corporate sponsors are a critical part of our fundraising success, so please help us spread the word about these opportunities!

3.  Buy tickets and plan to attend!  Tickets for the event will go on sale in April, so mark your calendars today and line up your babysitters!  The event will feature food, signature cocktails, live entertainment and the chance to bid on fabulous live and silent auction prizes.
